Hey
everyone, I have a new layout to share today for Hip Kit Club using the October
2021 Kits. You can find the October kits on the Hip Kit Club website here: https://www.hipkitclub.net/october-2021
and I’m also playing along with this week’s challenge which is a recipe
challenge: leaves, Mixed Media and buttons.
I started
off using the stencil that was in the October Color Kit and inking some orange
ink through it to create leaves on my background.
I created a
border with golden paper behind my layout and on the top right corner. I used
border punches too.
I cut my
photo to a circle shape, and a Pocket Life card too. I then arranged these
together with lots of floral ephemera, some large fussy cut flowers and lots of
leaves. I added a chipboard title, added those beautiful wood veneer golden
leaves and splattered with white paint.
I finished off
with beautiful Nuvo Drops around my photos and dotted amongst the ephemera.
