Hey
everyone, I have a new layout to share today for Hip Kit Club using the October
2021 Kits. You can find the October kits on the Hip Kit Club website here: https://www.hipkitclub.net/october-2021
and I’m also playing along with this week’s challenge which is a color
challenge: red, turquoise, white and dark navy.
I have used
the triangle paper from the October kits to create a background feature. I cut
it into triangles and then cut them in half so they were smaller. I layered
these, then arranged them to form a square shape. I distressed all the edges
and added stitching down the middle. I stuck this in the middle of a white
background.
I added my
photo together with lots and lots of beautiful exclusive ephemera, mostly leaves
and a tree. I added a tag behind my photo together with ribbon and twine.
I used a
chipboard word for my title and added a subtitle down the right side of the
square. I finished with splatters of white paint over the embellishment
clusters.
