Hey
everyone! I have a new mini album to share today for Lottie Loves Paper using
the gorgeous Bungalow Lane collection by Paige Evans. I’ve also used a
sunflower cut file that was a freebie from Paige’s Facebook group a few months
ago.
I cut the
cut file four times from gold cardstock. I cut backing pieces too from the
yellow prints from the Bungalow Lane collection. I cut these twice – mirrored so
that I could stick them back-to-back to have pages with the same print on each
side. I then added the sunflower cut file in gold, to the front side of each
page. The result is super pretty.
I also created
via my Silhouette software, a strip of four circles welded together. I cut one
from each of the same papers I’d used for the pages. I was then able to
concertina fold these to form additional spaces to hold my photos which I cut
to circle shapes using metal dies.
On the reverse
of each page I added the concertina folded circles and my photos. I added a
closure to each using a simple system of a punched circle, brad and twine. This
is super simple and very easy and effective.
I cut an additional
page from the beautiful Speciality Acetate. I drew around an existing page and
hand cut. I punched a hole in every page and threaded them onto a book ring. I
added two of the Bungalow Lane enamel charms too, directly to the book ring. I
added one to the front, and one a few pages in.
I decorated
each page with chipboard stickers, Foam Phrase Thickers, layered flowers, epoxy
stickers and small stickers from the sticker book. I also added a few of the
little embossed stickers.
Inside the
concertina folded circles are all my photos together with journaling panels
too.
Thank you
very much for joining me today and happy scrapping!
Niki xx
