My 11 year old, has just finished his time at Primary School
(my heart is breaking!) so here's a layout I made with his first day photo and
his last day photo. I've used the Cocoa Vanilla Studio Storyteller collection and a cut file by
Peartree Cut files that was perfect. He starts secondary school in
September...onto the next chapter! eek!

Hey everyone! I have another beach themed layout to share for
Bramble Fox. I’ve used the Living the Dream title from the Living the Dream set
and also the Teeny Fish set in Tropical colours. Living the Dream set also
comes with two other titles – Holibobs and Snapshot – both which are totally
fabulous too!
I have used the Just Beachy collection by Simple Stories for
this layout and used a large piece of yellow patterned paper with tropical
flowers, together with two other patterns above it – I tore all the pieces
which reminded me waves! I used three photos on this layout and lots of Floral
Ephemera.
I also layered together two tags at the bottom of the layout
and created a little underwater ‘scene’. I added flowers, leaves and lots of
fish swimming about! Most were from the Teeny Fish set but I also added some
Rub-On fish too which gave a bit of variety – I love it!
I finished off with my handwritten journaling and some
splatters of white paint.

Here is another double layout for Simple Stories using Crafty Things. This time
I had a panoramic photo printed at 8” x 24”. I cut the photo in half and stuck
each half to a background sheet. I framed the photo with colourful strips using
one of the Crafty Things papers – I adore the colours in those stripes!
On top of the enlarged photo, I added three smaller photos.
I mounted each one onto different papers and positioned them all towards the
bottom of the photo. I built my embellishment clusters around those and added
another small cluster at the top.
I added some fussy cut embroidery hoops as embellishments,
as well as some Bits & Pieces, Floral Bits and lots of Cardstock Stickers.
For my title I used the word ‘crafty’ with ‘girls’ and then ‘on
tour’ using the Alpha Bits – these have been so fun to use! They are gorgeous
too as they all have gold foiling!
I added a few more little embellishments: Decorative Brads,
small foam hearts from the Foam Stickers and some phrase stickers from the
Cardstock Stickers. I finished off with some splatters of white paint and
handwrote my journaling!

Hey everyone, here is a new layout for Simple Stories using
the fabulous Crafty Things collection. Being a scrapbooker, this collection has
my heart! I recently went on a crafty trip to Luxembourg to visit Lisa Fonseca
and Shara Crane and have scrapped all my Lux photos with Crafty Things. This double
layout has 15 photos on it (!) and is of a day we spent sight seeing – we didn’t
do any crafting that day, but Crafty Things works so well because I’m with my
crafty friends!
I don’t often make double layout but always enjoy the
different format when I do. I wanted to include 15 photos on this layout so a
double was the only way to go! I printed 14 photos in the small size and
arranged them in a classic grid design. I wanted to mount them onto patterned
paper but didn’t have enough of one paper to back them all, so opted for two
different patterns and created long strips 24” long (two 12” pieces) to stretch
across the layout. I then added my photos to these.
I also printed a feature photo that was of the group of us,
was landscape orientation and also bigger. I mounted this onto another
patterned paper and added this to the layout. I layered it with a couple of
tags from the Tag Elements paper which I tied through with ribbons. I also
added tags behind some of the other photos too.
For my title I used the words ‘Creative Fun’ from the Foam
Stickers. I also added other words to the layout too, also from the Foam
Stickers: Awesome and Pretty Cool.
I added lots of embellishments. I used a big paintbrush from
the Big Bits. I added smaller bits from the Bits & Pieces and I also added
Floral Bits. I also added a few of the gorgeous Rub-Ons, some Cardstock
Stickers and some Decorative Brads.
I finished off with a few splatters of black paint – I love
how this one turned out!

Hey everyone, here's another layout using Cocoa Vanilla Studio Legendary, this
time I'm documenting my little boy's 6th birthday party, I love those rainbow
colours! I fussy cut out the word 'epic' from a journaling card to make my
title and used lots of stars!

Hey everyone, here is a new layout for Bramble Fox using two
new sets: Wow Words and Talk to the Hand. I adore both these sets, they are SO
good for boy layouts! For this layout I had a fabulous photo of my little boy
at a skate park, in front of a graffiti wall. I had it printed at 6”x12” to
make it into a big feature on my layout.
I then used the Cool Boy collection by Pebbles to create
strips of colour down the side of the photo and on the opposite side of the
layout. I left some white space in the middle because the photo was so busy! I
then used this area to create my big embellishment cluster: ‘boys are the best’
title using a journaling card and then lots of stacked Wow words and the Talk
to the Hand icons too. I backed the Talk to the hand icons with patterned paper
and then fussy cut these out.
I also made a little cluster down on the left side with
ruched crepe paper and embellishments and then I added fabulous sequins
everywhere! I finished off with black paint splatters. I absolutely love how this
one turned out, it is so fun and I just love that giant photo!
