Hey everyone, I have a spread to share today for my December Album for Bramble Fox. I've used the 'What a Year' set in white and I've also used 'Goodbye 2020' from the December 2020 Fox Box. As well as those, I have also used a couple of stars and the 2021 gold arrow which is from the January 2021 Fox Box - so a bit of a mixture today!
I've been working on my December Album for some time now. I'm very behind this year...I'm not sure why, the process just seems to have taken me longer than usual, probably because I'm constantly thinking of new and fun ideas to include in the album and I also want it to be interactive. I've therefore taken more time over each page. For today's spread, I'm in the unique position of having already got photos taken but having no foundation pages prepared. I could therefore plan these pages with the photos in mind, which I have never done before!
For Day 30 I have printed a collage picture in 6x8 size. All the photos are from the Christmas Special of Call the Midwife - one of my favourite programs. No one watches it in my house, so I couldn't watch it when it was on on Christmas Day, I had to wait until 30th before I could sneak off to watch it by myself! I have left a space in the collage for journaling and I added a pom pom frame over one of the photos by Crate Paper Hey Santa. I added a few small embellishments, my number and a Bramble Fox Star in pink.
I also created an insert to go in-between pages 30 and 31. The title for the insert is the 'what a year' perspextive. I wanted to include a summary of 2020 in my album and the 'what a year title' was the perfect heading. I printed my journaling onto white card, added some red pom pom trim to the right side and added my title, I also added a few fussy cut flowers and some gold stars. I backed the insert with patterned paper.
For Day 31, I have a split page protector, two 6x4 pockets. I added my photo into the bottom pocket and patterned paper into the top. I mounted the 'goodbye 2020' persepxtive onto red card and cut it out and the added that together with other embellishments on top of the page protector. This way the 'Goodbye 2020' perspextive could go in the middle of the two pockets. I added a gold star and also the 2021 gold arrow from the January Fox Box.
