Hi everyone, I have a new layout to share today for Bramble Fox. I’m using the beautiful January 2021 Fox Box and am focusing on the Story elements: the ‘our story’ title and the two books. I love the colours and finish on these perspextives, they truly are stunning. I’m also using a new set of Fox Dies: Fox Dies #6 which will be in the shop very soon!
For this layout I decided to tell the story of my 9 year old daughter and her new-found love for reading. It’s taken a long time and lots of encouragement to get her into reading and it now completely warms my heart to see her with her nose in a book.
I printed my photo in black and white and went for a simple white background. I fussy cut loads of flowers from one sheet of patterned paper which I arranged around my photo. I added some different textured layers with tissue paper and glittered tulle and then I added some of the Fox Dies #6 to the left side of my photo. I tied the lovely die cut tags through with gold thread that I tied into bows. I also added a red heart perspextive here too.
For my title I have used ‘our story’ but I have carefully covered up the word ‘our’ with the corner of my photo so that just ‘story’ shows. I then added the word ‘time’ after to make my title ‘story time’. I also added the two book perspextives to the layout: one on the far right and one to the left of the title.
I added a few more embellishments and some more red heart perspextives that I’ve been hoarding! I finished with gold splatters and pink Nuvo drops.
