Hi everyone, here are two more foundation pages for my December Album to share for Lottie Loves Paper. I'm using a mixture of Crate Paper Hey Santa and Cocoa Vanilla Studio Merry & Bright.
Page 13 is a white cardstock base that I covered in vellum. I added machine stitching around three edges leaving the top edges open. I then added some horizontal machine stitched lines to add additional texture to my background and also to create a pocket for a little tag book.
The tag book is made from fussy cut tags from the Hey Santa cut-apart sheet and is tied with twine. There are five tags and these have the ability to hold photos and journaling, so I have loads of space for my stories that day.
Page 14 is a patterned paper background and I chose a pattern from Hey Santa. I then made nine little envelopes that measure around 1 1/4" square. They are cut from different patterns - a mixture of both collections and each contains a small square card that can hold photos or journaling. The lowest six each have a small closure and the top three remain in the open position all the time. This layout is outside of the page protector so can be fully interactive without the constraints of being in a page protector.
Thanks so much for joining me today and I hope you enjoy the video.
Happy scrapping
Niki xx
