June 2 Kit release: 'Devon'

Morning all

It's Wednesday today so that means another Pages of Memories kit release. So here is this week's kit. It's called 'Devon'  and features some of the beautiful Pixie Glen papers by Prima. I don't know about you but I absolutely love Prima papers, they are such great quality and always have the most gorgeous patterns.  Anyway, here it is:

Kit Contains:

2 x Pixie Glen patterned papers

2 x co-ordinating Bazzill cardstock

Glitz Teeny Alpha

hand-stitched flower trim

Here is the layout I created using this kit:

And here is a second layout I made with the leftovers from this kit. I had to add the background sheet as I didn't have much left to work with!

I did my best with minimal materials here by stamping a smaller frame to work within. This worked quite well as it reduced the size of the area I was crafting in and it therefore doesn't look too sparse. If there was no frame there I reckon this layout would look a bit lost on that massive piece of 12x12 paper.

I tried to use every scrap of leftover patterned paper, so cut out as many bits that I could use as embellishments.
