This week's Only Scraps Allowed challenge is called 'Border Control' - interpret this any way you like...use border punches, use something a bit different as a border, create a border around your page or photos etc.
Here are the scraps I had this week:
and my layout:
I decided to create a fancy border at the bottom of my photo using a border sticker that I think came free with a magazine (and nearly got chucked out!) and some trim that I cut up into individual circles and squashed together a bit.
My mum bought be these fantastic scrapbooking stickers from the states and I've never had any reason to use them before but was delighted to finally scrap a photo of us scrapbooking - perfect! There are lots more in the pack but this one was most apt to this photo.
So get creating: to join in just simply create a layout using only paper scraps (one full sheet allowed for the background and add any embellishments you like) and incorporate 'border control' into your layout.
Happy scrapping!
