everyone, here is my latest layout and video for Lottie Loves Paper using the
fabulous Kate & Ash collection by Simple Stories.
I've made
a large torn layer at the top of the layout using a pretty red patterned paper
with little polka dot hearts all over it. I added a contrasting torn later
below it and then added my photo centrally. I used the lovely hearts stencil to
create some stencilling around my photo - I did this using an ink pad and a
sponge ink applicator tool. The stencilling came out really well. (and then I
covered most of it up!). I added chipboard elements around my photo and some
flat stickers too.
I used
one of the foam titles 'FAB' from the foam phrase stickers...I love the font,
it's so retro!
I also
added a cluster at the bottom of my layout using a border sticker from the
sticker sheet and a number of other cute stickers and elements. I also added a
few of the metal brads - I love these so much as they are real brads, the kind
you have to poke through the paper and split on the other side. That means they
won't fall off at a later date, hurrah!
