Hi everyone, I have a Mixed Media Monday layout to share today for Hip Kit Club. I'm using the December 2020 Kits which are available on the Hip Kit Club website here.
This layout is for Mixed Media Monday so of course I have focused on the mixed media items from the December Kit. I used the three Shimmerz colours plus another colours from the November 2020 Color Kit. I started by dividing my layout into quarters with a ruler and a pencil and I machine stitched through those lines. I painted the four quarters with the paints, the three from the December kit and one from November - the November one was the Jade Nuvo Powder which I mixed with some water to turn into paint. I also added splatters of the same colour paints.
Once dry I used the fabulous layered stencil from the December kit. I used ink pads in similar colours to the paints I'd used and I applied them through the stencils with an ink applicator tool. I love the result.
I then embellished the layout colour on colour in each coloured square.
