Hi everyone, I have a new layout to share today for Lottie Loves Paper using a collection new to the shop: Echo Park Paper Coffee & Friends. This collection is coffee themed of course and is packed full of fun coffee quotes and is totally perfect for all those coffee photos we have!
I have actually chosen photos about hot chocolate but it still works! I started off with a white background and that fabulous white brick print paper. I cut it down to 7.5"x10" to create a large area in the middle of my layout.
I used a cut file by Peartree Cut Files which I cut twice, in two different sizes and mirrored so they faced different ways, I backed the mugs in the blue print from the Coffee & Friends collection and the cream on top in white. I backed the spoons in silver card. Once backed I added wet glue to the top part of both mugs and sprinkled over white glitter. I also stitched around the mugs in blue thread.
I created two clusters on the layout with flowers fussy cut from one of the papers. I also added pink Bramble Fox hearts and flowers to these clusters together with some little bows and wooden hearts from my stash.
For my title I used the Bella Blvd Florence alpha stickers in black. I stuck them to white card and cut out the words as a whole, leaving a narrow white border. This was for two reasons: so they showed up better against the brick print patterned paper, and so I could raise them on foam pads as I like my titles to have dimension.
I finished with twiddles of thread, my journaling and silvers splatters.
