Hey everyone, I have a new layout and video to share today for Lottie Loves Paper using Pebbles Jen Hadfield 'The Avenue' collection. I don't have loads of this collection, just a few bits and pieces to finish off using.
I used a cut file that says 'nuts about you' from Peartree Cutfiles. I cut it from a The Avenue patterned paper and it was quite a busy floral paper so once cut, the word 'about' in the cut file didn't show particularly clearly. I got around that by adding the The Avenue Thickers over the top which are black and a block font - this worked really well and totally saved me re-cutting the cut file in a plain cardstock.
I used white for my background which I trimmed down and I also folded over the corners. I mounted my white background onto a dark green paper from The Avenue.
I then added the cut file and my photo to the left and I started to build up some paper layers and to create clusters in the two corners of the layout. I fussy cut lots of flower clusters from a patterned paper which I clustered in the two corners. I added some ephemera houses and some stickers from the sticker book and gold leaves. I finished off with gold splatters and I also added adorable critters by Bramble Fox.
Thank you so much for joining me today and happy scrapping
Niki xx
