Making a birthday card for my dad is always a problem. He likes playing tennis, fixing things, beer and golf. But I've used all those options several times over. He also likes gardening and his flowers so, slightly controversially, I went floral on a mans card.
I kept the colour scheme neutral and used bees fr part of the background as well as chipboard clouds for embellishment at the top. Overall, I don't think it was too girls and just about passes for a male card. My image is one by Little Claire.
