Hi everyone! Here is a new layout for GoGo Shopaway using
the Jen Hadfield Stardust collection. This collection isn’t themed, but it does
have some balloons in it so I picked out as many as I could and made a birthday
layout.
I started by cutting a large circle from a white background,
and backed it with balloon print paper and also added pretty pom pom trim
around the edge.
I then created two clusters, one with my photo and more
balloons and another one opposite with lots of pretty embellishments from Stardust.
I used the gorgeous Stardust Thickers to add my title ‘this
many’ which didn’t show up as well as I’d hoped against the busy balloon print,
so I outlined the letters with a black journaling pen which helped.
I finished off with sequins by Spiegelmom Scraps and a few
Perspextives by Bramble Fox: the big ‘Celebrate’ in the middle which was the
perfect colour match, and two blue and yellow cupcakes. I also added lots of
splatters of silver paint and handwrote my journaling around the edge of the
circle.
