Hey
everyone! I’m back with another layout for Lottie Loves Paper using the fabulous
School Life Collection by Simple Stories. I’m scrapbooking the other 5x7 school
class photo today which is not my favourite size but it was a pleasure to scrap
with School Life!
I love the
pencil paper – it is so bright, fun and colourful! I featured that in a large
section on the top section of my layout. I added a yellow ruler across the
bottom of that paper, this was cut from one of the other papers.
I then used
one of the cut apart papers to cut lots of little 2x2 squares. I love these,
they add colour and fun icons too. I distressed the edges of all and layered
them at the top and bottom of the photo, overlapping them slightly.
I added some
fun foam sticker icons: stars, an apple, a pencil, a speech bubble saying ‘when’s
lunch?’ and a push pin. I also added cute puffy stickers: a calculator, globe,
science bottle, clock and a lightbulb – these are so fun!
I added
journaling spots either side of my photo and write my journaling onto these.
I made my
title ‘Year 5’ using stickers from the Sticker Book, mounted onto white card,
fussy cut out then raised.
I finished off
with a few sequins. Thank you so much for joining me today and I hope you have
