I'm up on the GoGo Getaway blog today with this layout featuring fussy cutting and layering, taught by Essie Jane at GoGo Getaway in October 2018. It's a fab technique and something I use all the time. Head over to the blog to read about it and the rest of my layout.
I've used the Maggie Holmes Willow Lane collection and also added in a cute star shaped balloon by Bramblefox. The layout design was inspired by a challenge set a while back by Mind the Scrap.
